Terms & Conditions

To register and maintain an Account on the oncuci Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. oncuci strictly prohibits access by any individual under the age of 21, consistent with international responsible gaming standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited or in which you have obtained all necessary personal consents required by local law.
• You are registering and playing for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded or suspended from the oncuci Platform or any associated platform operated by oncuci.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or problem gambling programme that would restrict your ability to access gaming services.
• You are acting in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

Each person is permitted to maintain onlyone (1) Account on the oncuci Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. The provision of false information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and update it regularly;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party;
• Notify oncuci support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing from shared or public devices.

oncuci will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from oncuci that requests your password or full payment card details should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

KYC verification is required before processing withdrawal requests. Players will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad), proof of address, and where applicable, proof of payment method. oncuci processes KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

The oncuci Platform operates exclusively inMalaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagers, balances, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in MYR. Players who fund their accounts via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) will have their deposits converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

oncuci supports the following deposit methods, subject to availability in your location:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.
• oncuci does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.
• Deposits using third-party payment methods must be made from accounts registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• oncuci reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

Players may submit withdrawal requests for their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC Verification: Players must have completed oncuci's identity verification process before their first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be held pending completion of KYC.
2. Wagering Requirements: Any Bonus Funds credited to an Account must be fully wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before the resulting winings may be withdrawn.
3. Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. oncuci may require additional verification for withdrawals to different methods.
4. Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed at the cashier. VIP tier members may be subject to elevated limits.
5. Processing Times: oncuci targets the following processing windows — e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers: 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire: 15–60 minutes. These are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party processing systems.

oncuci reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawal requests associated with suspected fraudulent activity may be suspended pending investigation.

oncuci offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion at the time of the offer.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Duplicate claims using multiple accounts are treated as bonus abuse.
• All bonuses are subject to awagering requirement stated at the time of issue. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may have a stated validity period, after which unclaimed or unwagered Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• oncuci reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Previously issued bonuses will continue to be honoured for their stated validity period.
• Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment or may contribute at reduced rates. Applicable contribution percentages are stated individual promotion terms.

All wagers placed on the oncuci Platform — whether in the sportsbook, casino, live dealer, or other verticals — are subject to the specific rules of each game or betting market in addition to these general Terms.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the specific game rules explicitly permit early cash-out or bet cancellation.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or obvious pricing error in a sportsbook market, oncuci reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. Bets exceeding the maximum stake limit will be restricted to the stated maximum.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at oncuci's discretion, including during key match events such as goals, penalties, and player dismissals.
• For live casino games, the ruling of the presiding dealer and the game's technical outcome as recorded by the studio feed shall be final.
• oncuci reserves the right to restrict certain betting markets, game categories, or individual games to specific Player tiers or geographic regions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oncuci Platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Balances, including winings:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal details, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other competitive game format.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Exploiting Software Vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform for financial gain. Players who discover errors are obliged to report them to oncuci support immediately.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected with illegal activity. oncuci complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in relation to legitimate gaming transactions.

All content on the oncuci Platform — including but not limited to the oncuci name, logo, design elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of oncuci or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use the oncuci name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written consent;
• Extract, scrape, or systematically collect data from the Platform using automated means;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital property.

Any unauthorised use of oncuci intellectual property may be subject to legal action. Reports of potential infringement should be directed to our support team.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oncuci and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings resulting from technical faults, disconnection, or system errors beyond oncuci's reasonable control;
• Financial losses arising from your gambling activity on the Platform;
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain account security;
• Inaccuracies in odds or game information resulting from third-party data feed errors;
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or infrastructure failures.

In all cases, oncuci's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

oncuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe environment for all Players. The Platform incorporates a range of responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion programmes.

Players who wish to impose personal limitations on their gambling activity may contact support or access the responsible gambling settings within their Account dashboard. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

oncuci reminds all Players that gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It is not a means of generating income. Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time.

Player-initiated closure: Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting the oncuci support team. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following standard KYC verification.

oncuci-initiated closure: oncuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request;
• Accounts found to be registered by individuals under 21 years of age;
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation requiring account closure.

In cases of closure for cause, oncuci reserves the right to withold Balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, all funds may be permanently forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which oncuci operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents oncuci from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.

oncuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it meaningfully alters Player rights or obligations — oncuci will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: in-platform notification, email to the registered address, or a prominently displayed notice on the Platform homepage.

Your continued use of the oncuci Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
